Learning Challenge: Coloring

My current coloring book
I read People Who Love Coloring Are Happier And More Creative by Dr. Kerry Petsinger. I wanted to read this article because I absolutely love coloring. I do it every weekday and I always carry around a giant bag of markers in my backpack because even if I can't color in a coloring book, I like to make my notes fun and creative. In the article, Dr. Petsinger talks about how coloring is a form of meditation and can improve concentration, positive thoughts and motor skills. Even THE Carl Jung would prescribed coloring to his patients as a way to practice mindfulness. I will have to tell my friends about this, because they often tease me about my kiddie coloring books, the big bag of markers I carry in my backpack, or the finished pages I hang on the fridge.
