Learning Challenge: Sleep

For this assignment, I read the article 10 ways teachers can improve their sleep. One part that jumped out to me was the importance of making sure your feet are warm. Lately, my feet are constantly freezing because of the winter temperatures, so I will be sleeping with a pair of socks on tonight and hopefully I will rest better, because last night I was awake from 3:00-4:30! I was tossing and turning and finally gave up and listened to an audio book.

Another important tip I learned from the article is the importance of sticking to a routine with your bedtime. As a student, I never do that! Sometimes I go to bed at 10:30 at night, while other times I stay up as late as 3:00. I really need to compromise with a bed time and stick with it so I don't have so many restless nights.
