As I am in the process of looking for jobs, this infographic stood out to me. I know that there are going to be many times where I am turned down or the job is not the right fit, but all it takes is one! With that in mind, I think #5 is very important. When you don't succeed, you are able to look back and think about what kept you from reaching your goal and once you have identified this, you can start to fix it and thus improve the next time you try the same thing. I also think that #10 is important. Failure really allows for one to celebrate their successes. If it was all easy, our successes would become the norm and thus we would appreciate them a lot less. Lastly, I enjoyed #8, that failure teaches humility and empathy. It is important to be able to relate to others.
